Jill and I want to get this newsletter out to you since we have a couple of invitations for you.
MEET YOUR CITY MANAGER CANDIDATES
City Council interviewed a group of candidates for City Manager over the Labor Day weekend and we have narrowed these down to three. The City of Northglenn is inviting citizens to join us in introducing the candidates to the public and conducting the formal second interviews. The first event will take place at the Ramada Plaza Hotel at I-25 and 120th Ave. on Friday, September 29th from 5P until 6:30P. This is an opportunity to converse with the candidates in an informal setting.
The second event will take place on September 30th from 8A until 1P in Council Chambers in City Hall. Council will interview the candidates in the morning, and the public will be given the opportunity to pose questions beginning at 1P in a panel format. The entire day is open to the public.
This is a unique opportunity to interface with your future City Manager and give Jill and I your impressions.
WARD MEETING
We will be hosting a Ward IV Community Meeting on Monday, October 2nd at Westview Elementary School on Roseanna beginning at 6:30P. We have some interesting topics and look forward to an informative discussion. Once again, we’ll have door prizes to lure you into coming !! Look for flyers on your door during the week of September 25th.
