Ps. Short and Sweet Just wanted to let you know that our list of City Manager candidates has dwindled to two. Thomas Hutka was offered a job in the private sector and he decided to take it. He had giving us some notice that this was a possibility a few weeks back. I would like to let you know that we do still have two very viable candidates and it will be a tough decision to make when the time comes. We will continue with our interview schedule as planned. I hope to see you all there Friday night at the Ramada on 120th and I-25 and/or on Saturday at 8 a.m. at City Hall. Come on now, it is for a very good cause. On another note, I wanted to make mention that the Northglenn Community Foundation is looking for volunteers to help out our neighbors and residents of Northglenn who have difficulty maintaining their properties. We are looking for volunteers for our Helping Hands program to which we would “loan” you out to residents who are in need of help. Shoveling snow in the winter will be a big need among many other things. Please contact me if you are interested in helping some folks out or would just like more information. Thanks a bunch! |
